Warm up 5 Minutes

1 Arm Kettlebell Swing - 1 minute
Treadmill Sprint 5% incline 1 Minute
Plank 1 minute
Repeat 2 times 

Jump Squat holding a dumbbell in each hand - 1 minute
Shoulder Press with dumbbell in each hand - 30 seconds
Treadmill Run 10% incline 1 Minute
Side Plank 1 Minute 
Repeat 2 times

Alternating Lunges with Medicine Ball Twist - 1 minute
Chest Press - 15 Reps
Tricep Dumbbell Overhead Extension - 15 Reps each arm
Treadmill Sprint 7% incline - 90 Seconds
Tuck Crunches - 1 minute

Bodyweight Squats - 1 minute
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 15 Reps
Bentover Dumbbell Rows - 15 Reps
Treadmill - 2 minutes 
Plank 30 Seconds
Side Plank 30 Seconds each side
Tuck Crunches 30 Seconds
